Meet Tiffany

Tiffany Garcia, PMHNP-BC

I was born in the United States and raised in a Colombian family. My background shapes the way I connect with people and the value I place on making care feel welcoming in both English and Spanish.

I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at West Coast University and focused my advanced training on psychiatric mental health. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I work with children, teens, and adults ages 5 and up through psychotherapy and medication management.

My approach is collaborative and holistic. I take time to understand each person’s concerns, strengths, family context, and goals. Together, we develop a plan that fits their life and revisit it as their needs change.
